Customer Service Advisor – Summer Temp (On‑site, 35h/week)

About the role
We are seeking enthusiastic Customer Service Advisors for a short‑term, on‑site position in Cheltenham over the summer. The role involves handling inbound calls and assisting callers with applications, with full training provided.
Key responsibilities
- Answer inbound telephone enquiries and provide accurate information.
- Assist callers with completing applications and related processes.
- Maintain high levels of customer service and professionalism throughout each interaction.
- Follow established procedures and use provided IT systems to record call details.
Required profile
- Excellent verbal communication and telephone etiquette.
- Proactive, confident and able to engage with a variety of people.
- Strong literacy and numeracy skills.
- Previous experience in customer service is highly desirable.
Required skills
- Microsoft Office 365 (Teams, Outlook) proficiency.
- Ability to quickly learn new software and processes.
What we offer
- On‑site role with free parking.
- 35 hours per week, Monday‑Friday, shift‑based between 7 am‑7 pm.
- Duration of 2 weeks, possible extension to 4 weeks.
- Competitive hourly rate of £12.71.
