Customer Service Advisor – Temporary (Farnborough)

About the role

We are looking for a Customer Service Advisor to join our busy Farnborough team on a temporary basis. You will be the first point of contact for customers in the Guildford area, handling enquiries by phone and email and ensuring a high standard of service.

Key responsibilities

• Answer inbound customer calls and emails, providing information on services, bookings and orders.
• Update customer records accurately and log all interactions in internal systems.
• Resolve routine issues promptly and escalate complex matters to the appropriate team.
• Collaborate with internal departments to follow through on customer requests.
• Assist colleagues during peak periods to maintain service levels.

Required profile

• Previous experience in a customer‑service or office‑support role (preferred).
• Clear, professional telephone manner and strong written communication.
• Organised, able to manage a busy workload and meet set daytime hours.
• Reliable, punctual and available for a temporary contract.
