Customer Service Advisor – Temporary (Redhill)

About the role

We are seeking Customer Service Advisors to join a leading global financial services organisation in Redhill. The role is temporary (up to 6 months) and involves handling a high volume of customer enquiries in a regulated environment, ensuring fair and compliant outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Answer customer enquiries via telephone and written channels.
• Resolve queries promptly and manage complaints to achieve fair resolutions.
• Draft clear, professional responses and maintain accurate records.
• Liaise with internal teams and third‑party providers to support customer outcomes.
• Adhere to service standards and regulatory requirements.

Required profile

• Previous experience in a customer‑service or call‑centre setting.
• Strong communication and problem‑solving abilities.
• Ability to handle a busy, varied workload with attention to detail.
• Organised, proactive and able to work both independently and as part of a team.

Required skills

What we offer

• £15.00 per hour, Monday‑Friday 9am‑5pm.
• Initial office‑based training followed by hybrid working.
