Customer Service Agent – Airport Assistance

About the role

We are looking for a Customer Service Agent to provide dedicated assistance to passengers who require special support throughout their journey at Liverpool Airport. You will escort passengers through security, passport control and onto their gates, ensuring a smooth and comfortable experience.

Key responsibilities

• Collect and escort passengers from arrival points through security, passport control and to boarding gates.
• Replenish and distribute wheelchairs across terminals and storage areas.
• Assist arriving passengers through immigration, customs and baggage collection.
• Greet passengers, identify required assistance, explain procedures and keep them informed.
• Support transferring passengers and coordinate with control, supervisors, airlines and handling agents during delays or disruptions.
• Use equipment safely, provide manual lifting assistance, and record progress using a Personal Digital Assistant.
• Maintain responsibility for company equipment, complete incident/accident reports, and follow sign‑in/out processes.
• Deliver legendary service while wearing the uniform correctly and performing any reasonable tasks requested.

Required profile

• Previous experience in a customer‑facing role, preferably within customer services.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Right to work in the UK.
• Ability to pass a DBS check.
• Provide five years of reference information.
