Customer Service Agent – Remote Weekend (Part‑Time)

About the role

Our client is looking for a professional, customer‑focused Agent to join a fully remote team on a weekend‑only schedule. You will work Saturdays and Sundays, delivering prompt and courteous support across phone, email and online channels.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to customer enquiries via phone, email and online platforms.
• Provide accurate information about products, services and account details.
• Resolve issues and complaints promptly and professionally.
• Process requests, updates and order‑related enquiries.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions and actions taken.
• Escalate complex matters to the appropriate department.
• Meet individual and team performance targets while upholding high service standards.

Required profile

• Previous customer service experience (desirable).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong problem‑solving ability and attention to detail.
• Comfortable using various computer systems and online platforms.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Reliable internet connection and suitable home‑working setup.
