About the role

We are looking for a passionate Customer Service Assistant to join our client’s team in Walton‑on‑Thames. You will be the first point of contact for clients and suppliers, ensuring a smooth and professional experience while supporting the wider customer service and finance functions.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the first point of contact for all clients and suppliers, delivering a welcoming and professional service.
• Handle day‑to‑day client queries and respond to emails promptly and efficiently.
• Liaise with suppliers to ensure smooth operations and regulatory compliance.
• Provide administrative support to the customer service and finance teams, maintaining accuracy.
• Assist the sales team by preparing quotations and supporting the sales process.
• Proactively communicate with clients to ensure ongoing regulatory compliance.

• Strong numeracy and analytical abilities to support administrative and financial tasks.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships.
• Highly organised with a keen eye for detail.
