Customer Service Assistant

About the role

Are you passionate about delivering excellent customer service and enjoy helping people find solutions? Juice Recruitment is supporting a successful business just outside Bath with the appointment of a Product Customer Service Assistant. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a friendly Product Customer Support team, providing first‑class support to customers via telephone, email and online tickets.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to inbound calls, emails and support tickets.
• Support customers with queries relating to the company's products and services.
• Guide clients through web‑to‑print platforms and online orders.
• Make outbound calls to improve customer experience and gather feedback.
• Investigate and resolve customer issues, escalating where required.
• Record customer activity using internal service desk systems.
• Work closely with Production, IT and Product Management teams to resolve queries.
• Support Business Development and Account Management teams.
• Build strong, long‑term relationships with customers.
• Provide regular updates to clients and internal stakeholders.

Required profile

• Previous customer service experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Good computer literacy, including Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
• Confidence, patience and diplomacy when dealing with challenging situations.
• A strong team‑player mentality and a willingness to learn.
• Genuine passion for customer service and a willingness to learn (full training provided).
