Customer Service Assistant – Temporary Full‑Time

About the role

Join a friendly, fast‑paced customer service team at The Best Connection, based at Eurocentral in Motherwell. This temporary full‑time position offers 40 hours per week, Monday‑Friday, with rotating shifts between 08:00 and 18:00.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to customer enquiries via email and live web‑chat.
• Provide professional, friendly and efficient customer support.
• Handle and resolve customer queries accurately and promptly.
• Work towards individual performance and customer service targets.
• Maintain a high standard of written communication.
• Demonstrate excellent attention to detail.
• Deliver a positive and professional customer experience with every interaction.

Required profile

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to stay organised and productive in a busy environment.
• A positive, customer‑focused attitude.
• Confidence working towards targets and deadlines.
• Previous customer service experience is beneficial but not essential.
• Willingness to learn and take on new information quickly.
