About the role

The Customer Service Associate joins a property management team in Edinburgh to help oversee day‑to‑day operations, marketing, building maintenance and tenancy administration. Working 20 hours per week, the role focuses on delivering an excellent resident experience that supports occupancy and retention goals.

Key responsibilities

  • Collaborate with team members to provide a high‑quality living environment for residents.
  • Deliver front‑of‑house customer service, anticipating and exceeding resident expectations.
  • Handle resident queries and complaints promptly, taking appropriate action in line with company policies.
  • Support marketing initiatives and assist with building maintenance coordination.
  • Maintain accurate tenancy administration records.

  • Strong team‑player attitude with respect for colleagues.
  • Excellent communication skills and a resident‑focused mindset.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast‑paced property environment.
