Customer Service Associate – Property Management

About the role

The Customer Service Associate works within a team to manage day‑to‑day property operations and enhance the resident experience. Responsibilities include marketing, maintenance coordination, tenancy administration and supporting community events to achieve occupancy and retention goals.

Key responsibilities

• Works as part of a team to deliver exceptional resident living.
• Provides front‑of‑house customer service, handling queries and complaints in line with Greystar’s procedures.
• Supports community events and activities and maintains relationships with university clients.
• Handles administrative tasks such as logging maintenance requests, filing notices and updating databases.
• Conducts marketing activities, attends open days and promotes the property.
• Performs sales and leasing duties including viewings, follow‑ups and lease conversions.
• Manages move‑in and move‑out processes and ensures health‑and‑safety compliance.
• Participates in on‑call roster for out‑of‑hours emergency support.
• Chases rent arrears, promotes tenancy extensions and other revenue streams.

Required profile

• Good general education and proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Understanding of UK Health and Safety legislation.
• Excellent English verbal and written communication.
• Strong organisational ability, multitasking and prioritisation.
• Numerical aptitude for rent and utility management.
