Customer Service Consultant – Grade B (12‑month Fixed‑Term)

About the role

TSB is seeking a Money Confidence Expert (Digital) to work in its Crouch End branch. The role is a 12‑month fixed‑term position focused on helping personal banking customers feel confident and in control of their finances through digital channels.

Key responsibilities

• Assist customers face‑to‑face, by telephone and via video to meet their banking needs.
• Guide customers in using digital banking services, including mobile and online platforms.
• Identify customer needs and recommend suitable products and services.
• Resolve queries efficiently and provide clear, practical solutions.
• Build lasting relationships through personalised service and regular engagement.
• Promote digital self‑service adoption using in‑branch technology and customer devices.
• Collaborate with colleagues to ensure a consistent, high‑quality customer experience.
• Identify opportunities to improve service delivery and support processes.

Required profile

• Strong customer‑focused attitude with the ability to build trust.
• Good communication skills across face‑to‑face, phone and video channels.
• Proactive approach to identifying customer needs and offering solutions.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a branch team.

Required skills

• Experience using digital banking platforms (mobile and online).
