Customer Service Coordinator (6‑Month Fixed‑Term)

About the role

We are seeking a Customer Service Coordinator to join a leading FMCG business in Leeds on a six‑month fixed‑term contract. You will work in a modern office alongside a small, close‑knit team, supporting the Commercial Support Manager in delivering accurate order processing for major UK retailers and export customers.

Key responsibilities

• Process customer orders from receipt through to dispatch, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Liaise with customers, warehouses and logistics providers to coordinate deliveries.
• Manage stock availability and maintain agreed service levels.
• Prepare export documentation and commercial invoices for overseas shipments.
• Support transport planning and order fulfilment activities.
• Maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

Required profile

• Previous experience in FMCG, food manufacturing or a similarly fast‑paced environment.
• Experience working with major retailers; export administration experience is desirable.
• Strong communication, organisational and problem‑solving abilities.
• Ability to manage own workload and adapt to changing priorities.

Required skills

• Sage (preferred but not essential)
