Customer Service Coordinator / Dispatcher

About the role

We are looking for a Customer Service Coordinator/Dispatcher to join our team as the main contact point for customers regarding service needs or questions about jobs in progress.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome customers, identify and classify requests, and provide appropriate answers following KONE processes.
• Manage incoming telephone and email requests, supporting supervisors and Area Service Managers with open callouts and reporting.
• Record, book, and dispatch jobs and engineers efficiently, ensuring safety instructions are given when needed.
• Collaborate in regional meetings, update daily planning schedules, and contribute to profitability through GANT governance.
• Perform ad‑hoc administrative tasks and maintain a customer‑first mindset.

Required profile

• Previous dispatcher experience and customer service background.
• Excellent telephone manner and problem‑solving abilities.
• Good written and spoken English.
• Full training will be provided.

• Salesforce (beneficial).
• Microsoft Word.
• Microsoft Excel.
• Microsoft Outlook.
