About the role

Join MSC’s Export Customer Service Team in Glasgow as a Customer Service Coordinator – Documentation. You will ensure all documentation is processed efficiently, accurately and in line with key performance indicators, supporting both internal and external customers.

Key responsibilities

• Manage workloads and turnaround times to meet client expectations.
• Prioritise client and MSC UK requirements, ensuring timely delivery of documentation.
• Resolve customer queries within set deadlines and maintain high service standards.
• Develop relationships with customers to understand and enhance their service experience.
• Administer clerical tasks and documentation procedures accurately.
• Contribute to a positive team climate through a supportive attitude.

Required profile

• Maintain high level of customer service under pressure.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
• Excellent telephone manner and solution‑driven approach.
• Effective prioritisation and time‑management skills.
