About the role

We are recruiting a Customer Service Coordinator to join a busy, fast‑paced logistics operation in Leigh. The role supports customers by coordinating and booking deliveries, ensuring a smooth and efficient service.

Key responsibilities

  • Handle inbound and outbound customer queries via phone and email.
  • Book and coordinate home deliveries for large items.
  • Liaise with drivers and internal teams to ensure timely deliveries.
  • Update systems with accurate customer and delivery information.
  • Resolve customer issues in a professional and timely manner.

Required profile

  • Previous customer service experience (logistics experience desirable).
  • Strong communication and organisational skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Good IT skills and attention to detail.
  • Problem‑solving mindset and proactive approach.

Required skills

    What we offer

    • Monday‑Friday, 09:00‑17:00 working hours.
    • £12.71 per hour.
    • Temporary assignment with the possibility of longer‑term employment.
