Customer Service Coordinator

About the role

The Customer Service Coordinator will be the first point of contact for service users, families and healthcare professionals at the Surrey Wheelchair Service Centre. You will work in a fast‑growing healthcare environment delivering both clinical and equipment support.

Key responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls and emails, providing timely and professional responses.
• Coordinate delivery, servicing and collection of wheelchair equipment with field engineers.
• Monitor and progress orders by liaising with suppliers.
• Enter referral information for clinical triage via telephone and email.
• Perform general administration to support daily operations.

Required profile

• Strong experience in a busy, fast‑paced office environment.
• Relevant telephone‑based customer service experience.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Previous administration and diary‑management experience.
• Professional and confident communication on the phone and via email.
• Competent IT skills with Microsoft Office and ability to learn new systems.
