Customer Service Coordinator

About the role

We are seeking an organised, commercially‑minded Customer Service Coordinator to join our busy team in Glasgow. In this full‑time position you will act as the main link between customers and suppliers, ensuring orders move smoothly from enquiry to delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Manage customer enquiries and process orders and quotations.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and suppliers.
• Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to meet deadlines and service expectations.
• Monitor projects on an ad‑hoc basis and resolve issues promptly, escalating when necessary.
• Support account performance through accurate reporting and administration.
• Identify opportunities to improve the customer experience and keep records and systems up to date.

Required profile

• Experience in sales support, account coordination, administration or customer account management.
• Strong communication and relationship‑building abilities.
• Excellent organisational and time‑management skills.
• Proactive, solutions‑focused attitude with good commercial awareness.
• Attention to detail and ability to handle multiple priorities.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
