Customer Service Coordinator

About the role

This full‑time position is ideal for an organised, commercially‑minded individual who enjoys building strong relationships and ensuring orders move smoothly from enquiry to completion. You will work closely with both customers and suppliers, acting as the central point of coordination for a busy, growing team.

Key responsibilities

• Manage enquiries and requests from customer accounts, processing orders and quotations.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and liaise with multiple stakeholders to meet deadlines and service expectations.
• Monitor ongoing projects on an ad‑hoc basis, resolve issues efficiently and escalate when necessary.
• Support account performance through accurate reporting, administration and identification of opportunities to enhance the customer experience.
• Ensure all records and systems are kept up‑to‑date and accurate.

Required profile

• Experience in sales support, account coordination, administration or customer account management.
• Strong communication and relationship‑building skills.
• Excellent organisational and time‑management abilities, with confidence managing multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Proactive, solutions‑focused approach with good commercial awareness and attention to detail.
