You will also support the team by ensuring all documentation is accurate and up‑to‑date.

• Handle administrative tasks with high attention to detail.
• Troubleshoot issues and resolve them quickly and empathetically.
• Document interactions and update records in the CRM system.

Required profile

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Empathetic and customer‑centric attitude.
• Resilient under pressure and able to work in a fast‑paced setting.
• Organised, attentive to detail and capable of managing multiple tasks.
• Accountable, taking ownership and following through on commitments.
• Friendly, professional and eager to develop.
• Minimum six months of customer service experience.
