Customer Service Coordinator – Thatcham

About the role

We are looking for a Customer Service Coordinator to join our small, collaborative team at our Thatcham office. The role is fully office‑based and focuses on delivering high‑quality service to key customer accounts while ensuring smooth operational coordination of deliveries and service outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and support a portfolio of key customer accounts as the primary point of contact.
• Handle customer queries and complaints via phone and email in a professional and timely manner.
• Coordinate and track deliveries to ensure smooth fulfilment.
• Proactively identify potential issues and implement effective solutions.
• Work closely with internal departments to resolve queries efficiently.
• Maintain high standards of customer service and satisfaction.
• Ensure accurate and timely communication across all stakeholders.

Required profile

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar customer‑service or account‑coordination role.
• Proven experience in account coordination or internal account management.
• Experience in fast‑paced, high‑pressure environments, preferably manufacturing or FMCG.
• Highly organised, proactive and able to work independently.
• Strong problem‑solving ability and focus on delivering results.

What we offer

• Competitive salary of £33,000‑£35,000 per year.
