Customer Service Delivery Station Liaison

About the role

Join Amazon’s award‑winning Customer Service team as a Delivery Station Liaison. You will work directly from a delivery station, helping customers resolve delivery issues and ensuring parcels reach their destinations on time.

Key responsibilities

• Contact customers to confirm delivery details and arrange re‑delivery attempts.
• Coordinate with warehouse staff and Delivery Service Partners to execute same‑day re‑deliveries.
• Identify and resolve delivery defects proactively to minimise customer effort.
• Maintain accurate records of calls and actions taken.

Required profile

• Right to work in the United Kingdom without restrictions.
• Experience in customer service, retail or hospitality.
• Flexible to work a fixed shift: Wednesday‑Saturday, 10:00‑20:45.
• Strong communication skills in English, both written and spoken.
• Excellent time‑management, organisational and prioritisation abilities.

• Intermediate computer literacy.
