Customer Service Driver & Administrator

About the role

This full‑time position combines driving, customer interaction and basic office administration for a well‑established local business in Weybridge. You will spend most of your day on the road delivering and collecting items across Surrey while supporting the customer service team when in the office.

Key responsibilities

• Carry out local deliveries, collections and customer visits throughout Surrey and surrounding areas.
• Represent the business professionally and provide excellent customer service on each visit.
• Load and unload goods, complete delivery paperwork and update job status.
• Handle inbound phone and email enquiries, update customer records and maintain accurate information in the company system.
• Provide general administrative support to the customer service team, including filing and data entry.

Required profile

• Confident, courteous communicator with a professional manner.
• Reliable, punctual and enjoys spending time on the road.
• Organised with strong attention to detail.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Full UK driving licence with a good driving record.
