Customer Service Executive – 12‑Month Contract

About the role

We have an exciting opportunity to join Jascots as a Customer Service Executive within our Customer Service Team. The role is full‑time on a 12‑month fixed‑term contract, based in Newbury with a hybrid working pattern.

Key responsibilities

• Process customer orders accurately and efficiently via telephone and email.
• Respond promptly to customer queries, providing effective solutions.
• Communicate proactively about delivery schedules, stock availability and order changes.
• Liaise with Warehouse, Distribution and Supply Chain teams to resolve stock and delivery issues.
• Collaborate with Account Managers to ensure customer needs are met.
• Maintain accurate order and customer information in company systems.

Required profile

• Previous experience in a customer‑facing role such as customer service or help desk.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong problem‑solving ability with a proactive approach.
• High attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
• Positive, team‑oriented attitude committed to exceptional service.
