Customer Service Executive – 4 Days per Week

About the role

We are looking for a Customer Service Executive to provide exceptional support to intermediary partners on a 4‑day week schedule. The role involves handling inbound enquiries via phone, email and live chat, offering technical guidance on our client’s products and lending criteria, and supporting the wider sales team. This is a fixed‑term maternity cover position based in Fleet with hybrid working options.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to telephone, email and live‑chat enquiries from brokers and intermediaries.
• Provide technical guidance on products, underwriting criteria and portal usage.
• Assist intermediaries with IT‑related queries and maintain the intermediary database.
• Set up new companies in line with internal processes.
• Liaise with Operations teams on pre‑ and post‑sale queries.
• Stay up‑to‑date with product changes, processes, procedures and competitor offerings.
• Ensure all activity complies with regulatory and compliance requirements.

Required profile

• Excellent customer service and relationship‑management skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
• Proven experience handling and resolving customer enquiries.
• High attention to detail and accurate record‑keeping.
• Effective problem‑solving and decision‑making capabilities.
• Ability to manage a high volume of enquiries and work collaboratively across teams.
