About the role

We are looking for a polished, highly professional Customer Service Executive to manage a portfolio of high‑net‑worth clients, delivering a concierge‑style end‑to‑end service experience. The role requires meticulous attention to detail, strong relationship management and the ability to anticipate client needs throughout the customer journey.

Key responsibilities

• Manage client cases from initial enquiry through to completion, ensuring a flawless experience.
• Build and maintain trusted relationships with high‑net‑worth individuals.
• Coordinate internal teams and external partners to meet deadlines and service standards.
• Proactively identify and resolve issues before they affect the client.
• Maintain accurate records and high‑quality administration.
• Support broader operational activities and assist colleagues as needed.

Required profile

• Previous experience in premium customer service, concierge, luxury brand or private client environments.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with a polished, professional demeanor.
• Outstanding organisational ability and capacity to manage multiple priorities.
• Strong problem‑solving mindset, calm under pressure and high attention to detail.
