Customer Service Executive

About the role

This permanent, hybrid position based in Aylesbury offers the chance to apply your customer service expertise with a leading global brand. You will work three days a week in the office, enjoy free parking and be part of a friendly team focused on delivering exceptional service.

Key responsibilities

• Process customer orders and related queries accurately and within agreed deadlines.
• Use customer portals to check order status, confirm stock, manage returns and raise cases.
• Capture daily lost‑sales data and communicate insights to Sales and Demand Planning.
• Drive continuous improvement of the sales order process from receipt through warehouse fulfilment and invoicing.
• Investigate delivery disputes, identify improvement opportunities and implement preventative actions.
• Act as first response for quality issues and chargebacks, coordinating investigations and communicating resolutions.
• Seek automation and optimisation of processes using Amazon tools and system platforms.
• Collaborate with the Sales team on account management and relationship building.

Required profile

• Proven experience in a customer service environment with a strong focus on order management and query resolution.
• Analytical and problem‑solving capability, able to investigate issues, identify root causes and implement solutions.
• Team‑oriented mindset, supporting shared objectives and service delivery targets.
• Confident communication with customers and internal stakeholders.

Required skills

• Experience with Amazon Vendor Central or similar Amazon tools.
