Customer Service Expert - German Speaking

About the role

To achieve the objectives of our growing site in Liverpool we are looking for ambitious and experienced Multi‑Lingual Customer Service Experts to join one of our automotive campaigns for a multi‑purpose 4x4 brand. You will provide personalised and inspiring customer experiences across phone, email, chat and social media.

Key responsibilities

• Provide personalised and inspiring customer experiences via phone, email, chat and potentially social media.
• Engage with customers to fully understand their requirements and support them across the full journey.
• Manage interactions involving stakeholders from the partner network.
• Develop a deep understanding of vehicles, services and their benefits for customers.
• Achieve personal Key Performance Indicators and Service Level Agreements.
• Provide feedback for ongoing process improvement.

Required profile

• Significant experience in a customer service environment, ideally automotive.
• Passion for 4x4 and a customer‑centric mindset.
• Excellent verbal and written communication in German and English.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to tailor information to individual needs.
• Good social, interpersonal, listening and problem‑solving skills.
• Quality focused with attention to detail.
• Ability to build rapport and empathise with customers.
• Team player with a positive approach and responsibility for issue resolution.
