Customer Service & Order Processing with Upselling

About the role

We are looking for a confident Customer Service/Account Manager who will engage with existing customers, upsell and cross‑sell products, and support our field‑based sales managers. You will work in a fast‑paced environment, handling a high volume of accounts while maintaining strong relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Communicate with customers to understand needs and promote additional products.
• Support UK field sales managers by taking ownership of assigned accounts.
• Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing customers to maximise order value.
• Manage pricing and margins to optimise profitability.
• Provide internal sales support including quotes, service and quality issues.
• Accurately capture orders in the CRM system and ensure daily service promises are met.
• Meet and exceed KPI targets while handling a high volume of accounts.

Required profile

• 3‑4 years of experience in a sales‑support or account‑management role.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Organised, motivated and energetic with strong attention to detail.
• Commercial experience within a B2B environment.
• Effective time‑management and ability to work as part of a team.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Word.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
