Customer Service Phone Support – Damage Recovery

About the role

Join Enterprise Mobility’s Damage Recovery team as a Customer Service Phone Support representative. You will act as the primary point of contact for customers in the UK and Ireland, guiding them through vehicle damage claims from initial enquiry to final resolution.

Key responsibilities

• Answer inbound customer calls and provide clear, courteous assistance.
• Investigate and verify vehicle damage claims in collaboration with branch staff.
• Maintain accurate claim records and update internal systems.
• Negotiate settlements and arrange debt recovery where appropriate.
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely claim processing.
• Follow up with customers to confirm claim outcomes and gather feedback.
