Customer Service Phone Support - Damage Recovery Team

About the role

We are looking for a Customer Service Phone Support representative to join our Damage Recovery team. You will act as the primary point of contact for customers in the UK and Ireland, handling vehicle damage claims from initial enquiry through to resolution.

Key responsibilities

• Answer inbound customer calls and provide clear information on the damage recovery process.
• Investigate and assess vehicle damage claims in collaboration with branch staff.
• Liaise between branches, customers and internal departments to gather necessary documentation.
• Manage each claim through to a successful conclusion, updating records accurately.
• Support the Damage Recovery Unit with administrative tasks and follow‑up actions.

Required profile

• Enthusiastic individuals, either new to the workforce or with prior claims experience.
• Strong communication skills and a customer‑focused attitude.
• Ability to work within set shift patterns (8:00‑17:00 or 9:00‑18:00).
