Customer Service Renewals Advisor

About the role

We are seeking a Customer Service Renewals Advisor to join our insurance team in Manchester City Centre. The role focuses on retaining existing clients and expanding their coverage through inbound and outbound calls. You will work Monday‑Friday in a friendly office environment with a clear commission structure.

Key responsibilities

• Contact existing policyholders via phone to discuss renewal options.
• Cross‑sell additional insurance products and services.
• Handle general customer enquiries and resolve issues promptly.
• Meet and exceed defined KPIs and sales targets.

Required profile

• Previous experience in a phone‑based customer service or sales role.
• Comfortable working towards performance targets.
• Customer‑centric attitude with a proactive approach.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
• Experience using CRM or similar customer management systems.
