Customer Service Representative – Call Centre – Banking

About the role
Join a fast‑growing team supporting the personal lending division of a major UK high‑street bank. You will handle inbound enquiries about loan accounts, delivering professional and caring service to customers.
Key responsibilities
- Respond to loan‑related customer enquiries across multiple channels.
- Resolve complex queries, escalating to specialist teams when required.
- Maintain accurate, GDPR‑compliant customer records.
- Achieve agreed Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and first‑time resolution targets.
Required profile
- Friendly, approachable attitude with a strong customer focus.
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced, process‑driven environment.
- Attention to detail and responsibility when handling sensitive data.
- Willingness to undergo financial and criminal background checks.

- Hourly rate of £17 (inside IR35) with potential permanent salary up to £23,500.
