Customer Service Representative

About the role

As a Customer Service Representative you will be the first point of contact for customers, suppliers and internal teams. You will ensure queries are handled efficiently, orders are processed accurately and relationships are maintained, contributing to a seamless customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Answer customer enquiries by phone and email, providing updates on deliveries, stock availability and order progress.
• Process customer orders using internal systems and resolve complaints professionally.
• Coordinate supplier and purchase orders, liaise with warehouses and logistics partners, and monitor stock levels.
• Investigate and resolve issues such as delays, damages or discrepancies, keeping records up to date.
• Collaborate with colleagues across departments, support continuous‑improvement initiatives and provide general administrative assistance.

Required profile

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Previous experience in customer service, administration or order‑processing.
• Strong organisational abilities and capacity to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
