About the role
We are seeking a motivated Customer Service Representative to join our fast‑growing eCommerce and office furniture business in Leeds. You will be the first point of contact for customers, delivering prompt and accurate support across multiple channels.
Key responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer interactions via phone, email, live chat and other channels.
- Provide clear, comprehensive answers and resolve enquiries or complaints in a timely, empathetic manner.
- Collaborate with suppliers and internal teams to ensure a smooth ordering experience.
- Build rapport with customers and identify potential upsell or larger order opportunities.
- Prioritise daily workload, maintain detailed interaction records, and seek feedback for continuous improvement.
Required profile
- Strong time‑management and organisational abilities.
- Previous experience in customer service, including handling complaints.
- Comfortable using telephone and computer systems.
- Proactive, initiative‑driven and able to work effectively within a team.
