Customer Service Representative

About the role

FindCore is recruiting a Customer Care Representative for a fast‑growing customer support business in Altrincham. This permanent, office‑based role involves handling a high volume of telephone enquiries, primarily from older customers, and supporting them through the application process.

Key responsibilities

• Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound customer calls each day, speaking with new enquiries and understanding individual circumstances.
• Explain the company’s service clearly, patiently and professionally, and qualify enquiries to book appointments with the Claims Team.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and keep contact with existing customers throughout their journey.
• Support older customers who may need additional reassurance or time on the telephone, delivering excellent service without a hard‑sell approach.

Required profile

• Previous experience in a telephone‑based customer service, call handling or contact centre role (preferred).
• Warm, patient and empathetic communication style, confident speaking with older customers and those requiring extra support.
• Strong telephone manner with the ability to explain information clearly and simply, building trust quickly.
