Customer Service & Sales Advisor – Fast‑track to Sales Executive

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Customer Service & Sales Advisor to join our team in Chorley. The role combines phone‑based customer service with lead generation, qualifying prospects and booking appointments for our sales team. It is a fast‑paced, target‑driven position that offers a clear pathway to a full Sales Executive role.

Key responsibilities

• Answer inbound and outbound calls to engage potential customers.
• Qualify leads by gathering relevant information and assessing interest.
• Book appointments and pass qualified prospects to the sales team.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions in the CRM system.
• Meet weekly and monthly call and conversion targets.
• Provide excellent customer service, handling enquiries and issues promptly.
• Contribute to the sales pipeline by updating status and follow‑up actions.

Required profile

• No prior sales or customer service experience required; background in retail, hospitality or call centre is sufficient.
• Strong communication skills and a confident phone presence.
• Goal‑oriented mindset with ability to work under targets.
• Reliable, punctual and able to work the specified hours.
• Willingness to develop a career in sales and progress quickly.
