Customer Service Team Member – Sutton (Temporary)

About the role
We are seeking enthusiastic Customer Service Team Members to join our growing team in Sutton. This temporary position runs until 31 December 2026 and offers a steady hourly rate with weekly payments.
Key responsibilities
- Answer inbound phone calls and email enquiries from clients.
- Assist with collections, deliveries, and order cancellations.
- Update and maintain internal customer‑service systems.
- Escalate complaints to the appropriate department for resolution.
Required profile
- Reside within a reasonable commuting distance of Sutton.
- Previous experience in a customer‑service or call‑centre environment.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Self‑motivated, target‑driven and able to work well within a team.

- £12.71 per hour, paid weekly every Thursday.
- Monday‑Friday schedule.
