Customer Success Executive

About the role

We are looking for a Customer Success Executive to join our client’s team in central Bristol. You will own the end‑to‑end onboarding journey, from contract signature through go‑live, and ensure customers receive exceptional support and training.

Key responsibilities

• Manage customer onboarding projects from contract signing to successful go‑live.
• Coordinate implementation activities with internal teams and customer stakeholders.
• Deliver engaging training sessions remotely and on‑site.
• Act as the primary day‑to‑day contact, building strong relationships with customers.
• Maintain accurate records, implementation plans and meeting notes.
• Monitor customer health, gather feedback and communicate improvement opportunities.
• Identify project risks early and coordinate resolutions.
• Collaborate with Product, Development and Technical Services to deliver solutions.
• Produce guidance and best‑practice documentation.
• Support the Commercial Manager with strategic customer initiatives.

Required profile

• Proactive, customer‑focused professional with strong communication skills.
• Experience in Customer Success, Account Management or software implementation.
• Excellent relationship‑building and organisational abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple customers and projects simultaneously.
• Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel to customer sites across the UK.
• Detail‑oriented problem‑solver.
