Customer Success Manager – B2B Exhibitions

About the role

This position is a client‑focused role with a leading organiser of large‑scale B2B exhibitions and live events. You will act as the main point of contact for exhibitors and sponsors, ensuring they receive an outstanding experience before, during and after each event.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the dedicated contact for exhibitors and sponsors from contract signing through post‑event follow‑up.
• Ensure sponsor deliverables are fulfilled accurately and on time.
• Manage the exhibitor onboarding process, guiding users on platforms and online systems.
• Deliver training and support on lead capture technology and exhibitor tools.
• Create and distribute promotional assets to boost exhibitor visibility and visitor engagement.
• Coordinate exhibitor communications, providing updates, deadlines and event information.
• Respond promptly to enquiries and resolve issues professionally.
• Support exhibitors with operational requirements, logistics and event preparation.
• Advise on sponsorship opportunities, speaking slots, hospitality packages and onsite activities.
• Build long‑term relationships, encourage repeat participation and identify upsell opportunities.
• Assist with rebooking, renewal discussions and gather feedback for future improvements.

Required profile

• Confident relationship builder with a passion for customer service.
• Experience in events, account management or client success.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management abilities.
• Ability to work collaboratively with Sales, Marketing, Operations and Content teams.
