Customer Success Manager – French Speaking

About the role
Stripe is looking for a motivated Customer Success Manager who speaks French to own a portfolio of enterprise customers. You will partner with sales, technical account managers and operations to ensure customers extract maximum value from Stripe’s payment platform, driving retention, expansion and satisfaction.
Key responsibilities
- Collaborate with account executives and technical account managers on post‑sale engagements focused on optimization, retention and growth of enterprise accounts.
- Manage a book of customers, monitoring performance, product adoption, usage velocity, renewals, referrals and overall satisfaction.
- Act as a trusted payments and product advisor, delivering performance insights, industry trends and roadmap guidance.
- Conduct business reviews to align on priorities, share payment metrics and recommend optimization strategies.
- Advocate for customers internally, feeding feedback to product, engineering, support, marketing and sales teams.
- Identify expansion opportunities in coordination with the account team.
Required profile
- Minimum 4 years of experience in a client‑facing role, preferably enterprise relationship management with a technical product.
- Fluency in both French and English.
- Strong business acumen and understanding of payment ecosystems.
