Customer Success Manager – French Speaking

About the role

Encompass is seeking a French‑speaking Customer Success Manager to join its fast‑growing FinTech/RegTech team in Glasgow. You will support Tier 1 financial services clients, initially providing bilingual pre‑sales and implementation assistance and later taking full ownership of French‑language accounts.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the Sales team with discovery calls, product demos and prospect queries in French.
• Collaborate with Delivery Services to ensure smooth onboarding and implementation for French‑speaking customers.
• Develop and execute account plans that drive user adoption, advocacy and revenue growth.
• Identify upsell and professional‑services opportunities to increase monthly recurring revenue.
• Conduct user training, shadowing and support to help customers meet their KPIs.
• Gather and relay customer feedback to influence product roadmap and resolve support issues.

Required profile

• Fluent in French and English, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience in a Customer Success or Account Management role within the financial services or technology sector.
• Proven ability to manage complex enterprise accounts and drive adoption.
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, high‑growth environment.
