Customer Success Manager

About the role

Acorn by Synergie is seeking a Customer Success Manager to join its fast‑growing scientific services team in Bridport. You will be the primary point of contact for pharmaceutical, medical‑device and research clients in the UK and US, ensuring they receive seamless support and high‑quality service.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the main liaison for customer enquiries, handling scheduling, reporting and billing issues promptly.
• Prepare quotations, costings and support monthly and ad‑hoc invoicing, ensuring accuracy and timely issuance.
• Review technician reports for completeness and quality, coordinating any necessary updates.
• Coordinate customer jobs, technician schedules and equipment logistics, including purchase order creation.
• Provide administrative support to field teams, maintain accurate records and assist with ISO compliance and audit preparation.

Required profile

• 1‑4 years of experience in customer service, administration, operations or coordination.
• Strong organisational abilities with high attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proactive, able to work independently in a fast‑paced environment.
