Customer Success Manager

About the role

Join Anthropic’s Customer Success team as an EMEA‑based Customer Success Manager. You will act as a strategic partner and trusted advisor to complex enterprise customers, helping them unlock the full potential of Claude’s API, Claude for Enterprise, and Claude Code.

Key responsibilities

• Build trusting, strategic relationships with key EMEA decision‑makers to understand business objectives and identify optimization opportunities.
• Become an expert in Anthropic’s products (API, Claude for Enterprise, Claude Code) and guide customers toward the right solutions.
• Monitor usage patterns, proactively address under‑utilization, and drive full value from consumption‑based and seat‑based contracts.
• Document and quantify customer value through ROI, business outcomes, and impact metrics.
• Identify new use cases across departments and partner with customers to expand Claude adoption.
• Develop and execute change‑management strategies, including Train‑the‑Trainer programs and Centers of Excellence.

Required profile

• 6+ years in customer‑facing roles such as Customer Success, Consulting, Solutions Architecture, or Success Engineering.
• Experience with both consumption‑based and seat‑based business models and their expansion levers.
• Technical fluency to understand and articulate AI/ML concepts, API integrations, and software implementation patterns.
• Strong project‑management skills and ability to manage multiple customer relationships.
• Passion for AI and responsible development of advanced systems.
• Native English; fluency in French, German, Spanish or Italian is a bonus.
