Customer Success Manager

About the role

Content Guru is seeking an experienced Customer Success Manager to join its head office in Bracknell. The role is customer‑facing, helping clients maximise the value of Content Guru solutions, improve CX/UX, and support long‑term retention and growth.

Key responsibilities

• Build strong relationships with key customers, understanding their organisations, industries and value drivers.
• Identify CX and UX challenges, deliver workshops and recommend solutions that drive measurable outcomes.
• Provide consultancy and professional services to optimise existing products and drive adoption of the storm® platform.
• Identify upsell and revenue opportunities, capture impact of engagements and develop case studies.
• Own customer escalations, work across teams to resolve issues and continuously improve the customer experience.

Required profile

• Significant SaaS experience, preferably in CCaaS or CX, with senior‑level stakeholder management.
• Proven track record delivering consultancy, professional services and transformation projects.
• Strong communication, organisational and analytical skills, with a customer‑focused mindset.
• Experience implementing cloud contact‑centre solutions and customer‑satisfaction frameworks.
