Customer Success Manager - Network Services

About the role

We are looking for a Customer Success Manager to lead the day‑to‑day account management for a major banking client operating in over 50 countries. You will act as the primary liaison, ensuring the client’s critical network infrastructure is maintained, updated and aligned with their business goals.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the main point of contact for the client, proactively identifying needs and opportunities.
• Develop and deepen relationships with key stakeholders across the organisation.
• Spend at least three days per week on‑site with the client to monitor service delivery.
• Escalate issues and opportunities to internal teams to guarantee best‑in‑class support.
• Collaborate with the New Business Manager to generate and qualify new opportunities.
• Leverage LinkedIn Sales Navigator and personal networks to raise the company’s profile and secure meetings.
• Work with Chief Architects and Marketing to tailor product propositions and create sales collateral.
• Assist in writing winning proposals and influencing solution design.

Required profile

• Proven experience in customer success or account management for large enterprise or banking clients.
• Strong communication and influencing skills, with a commercial mindset.
• Willingness to travel and be on‑site multiple days a week.
• Ability to work collaboratively across sales, architecture and marketing teams.
