Customer Success Manager – Remote First

About the role

Avanti is seeking a Customer Success Manager to join its fast‑growing SaaS business. Working remotely, you will guide customers through onboarding, adoption and renewal, ensuring they realise maximum value from the platform.

Key responsibilities

• Support customers during onboarding and help them achieve a strong start.
• Build trusted relationships and act as the primary point of contact throughout the customer lifecycle.
• Conduct regular check‑ins, best‑practice guidance and quarterly business reviews.
• Monitor engagement, flag at‑risk accounts and proactively offer assistance.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product and Support teams to deliver a seamless experience.
• Identify expansion opportunities and relay customer feedback for product improvement.

Required profile

• Experience in Customer Success, Account Management or a similar client‑facing role.
• Familiarity with SaaS or software‑based products.
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building abilities.
• Proactive, organised and comfortable managing multiple accounts.
• Confidence learning new technology and systems.
