Customer Success Manager – Voicescape

About the role

The Customer Success Manager will act as the primary advocate for Voicescape’s software customers, ensuring they achieve their business goals and become lifelong promoters of the platform. This role blends relationship building, strategic consulting, and project delivery within a fast‑growing SaaS environment serving social housing, local authority and healthcare sectors.

Key responsibilities

• Onboard new customers by understanding their needs, defining success criteria and guiding implementation.
• Manage delivery of in‑life changes, ensuring scope, timelines and budgets are met.
• Serve as the consultative product expert, communicating value and best practices to the customer base.
• Own all operational touch‑points, acting as the named point of contact throughout the contract.
• Identify stakeholder objectives, monitor progress and proactively create action plans.
• Conduct quarterly business reviews (QBRs) – face‑to‑face or virtual – to report on outcomes, resolve issues and surface new opportunities.
• Provide training sessions, both in‑person and online, to maximise product adoption.
