Customer Success Specialist – German Speaking

About the role

Join a dynamic customer success team supporting two distinctive womenswear brands. You will interact with customers across the UK, Germany and the US, delivering exceptional service through multiple channels while helping to shape the brand experience.

Key responsibilities

• Provide outstanding support via phone, email, live chat and social media.
• Resolve enquiries efficiently and professionally.
• Create and maintain customer accounts.
• Follow up to ensure queries are fully resolved.
• Collaborate with colleagues across the business to enhance the customer experience.
• Share feedback to improve products and services.
• Represent the voice and values of the brands in every interaction.

Required profile

• Fluent German and excellent English (written and spoken).
• Previous customer service experience is desirable.
• Positive, proactive attitude with a genuine passion for helping customers.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment.
• Legal right to work in the UK.
