Customer Success Specialist

About the role

We are expanding our European business and are looking for a Customer Success Specialist to join our hybrid team in London. Reporting to the Manager – Customer Success International, you will manage relationships with large, strategic customers, oversee recruitment advertising spend and help clients maximise value from our platform.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with strategic clients, acting as their main point of contact and true partner.
• Own a portfolio of accounts, understand recruitment marketing goals and manage complex activities such as reporting, campaign launches and audits.
• Track and manage client advertising spend, using data insights to identify budget issues and provide regular reporting and business reviews.
• Partner with Sales, Strategy, media, product and development teams to resolve client challenges and support multi‑channel recruitment strategies.
• Educate clients on platform features, data, product enhancements and technical updates through proactive communication.

Required profile

• Professional experience in customer success, account management or client services, preferably in a technical, software or recruitment marketing environment.
• Strong analytical skills with experience working with data and presenting insights.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, able to manage complex conversations across platforms.
• Highly organised, able to prioritise and work independently across time zones.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred; recruitment marketing experience valued.
