Customer Success Training Specialist (French Speaking)

About the role

We are looking for a French‑speaking Training Specialist to join our Customer Success team. You will act as a strategic enablement partner to Account Managers, designing and delivering high‑impact training that drives adoption and measurable outcomes for our SaaS customers.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with Account Managers to translate customer goals into structured training interventions.
• Lead outcome‑driven sessions for champions, administrators and end users to build internal advocacy.
• Connect Cognism functionality to customer workflows, use cases and KPIs.
• Accelerate time‑to‑value by clarifying best practices and reinforcing behavioural change.
• Mitigate adoption risk by delivering targeted enablement where product engagement is low.
• Develop and continuously improve repeatable training materials, recorded sessions, playbooks and digital resources.
• Link training engagements to measurable ROI and business impact aligned with Joint Business Plans.
• Provide feedback on adoption blockers and feature gaps to Product, Sales and Revenue teams.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in SaaS onboarding, training, enablement or customer‑facing roles.
• Strong understanding of how behavioural change, education and reinforcement drive retention and expansion.
• Confident presenter capable of influencing stakeholders from end users to senior decision‑makers.
• Commercial awareness of adoption dynamics in a high‑growth SaaS environment.
